We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Defective Products: Most of our furniture includes a one-year parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify us of the problem ASAP.
Generally, products are unpacked/ assembled before delivery for quality assurance. However, upon delivery, we still suggest to inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any return within 7 days of delivery. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage and in their original state. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Special order merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered. Cancelling a special order must be done within 48 hours of placing the order. Please contact your sales person with any questions.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Refunds will be handled according to our store’s policies.
Delivery Policy
Product(s) will be delivered by our delivery team for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Please be assured that your items will be ordered/delivered as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once we have received the item to schedule delivery.
Costs for these services are determined depending on the location of delivery. Additional fees apply for disposal of used furniture/bedding.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Flooring Purchases Flooring purchases are not eligible for return.
